Privacy readiness notice
Nukkio is being designed to collect only the information needed to provide nearby discovery, account security, bookings, orders, payments and support.
Information used
- Mobile number and account identifiers for sign-in and security.
- Location only when enabled, to show nearby stores and fulfil location-based requests.
- Booking, order, address and merchant interaction details needed to provide the requested service.
- Payment references for reconciliation; full card credentials remain with the payment provider.
- Security and device events needed to prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
Control and consent
Location and marketing choices will be optional. Customers will be able to withdraw consent, request access, correction or erasure where applicable, and submit a grievance through authenticated product controls and the published support channel.
Sharing and retention
Only necessary information will be shared with the selected merchant and contracted hosting, payment, communications and maps providers. Final processor names, storage locations and retention periods will be published after contracts and legal review are complete.
